Chris Thomas is one of the most determined and honest people you will ever meet.
Hailing from central Kentucky, Chris grew up constantly designing, building, disassembling, and devising grand visions for the future. From an early age, he was drawn to investing, design, quality, and always determined to do and be the absolute best. This created within him a willingness to innovate and push every boundary beyond the status quo.
As he grew, his passion would only deepen. After graduating from the University of Kentucky School of Architecture, Chris kept honing his craft, falling headfirst into project management and design for many of the biggest names in Nashville. From there, he and his family made their way around the United States, where he worked to absorb deeper knowledge of new industries including technology, surgical equipment, packaging, manufacturing, and real estate investing.
Today, Chris is taking that wide breadth of experience from those industries and getting back to his roots in construction. Combined with his honesty and CEO mindset, Chris offers a new generation of business owners and leaders Owner’s Representation services custom-tailored to fit their burgeoning needs.

Bespoke alliances was founded to provide movers and shakers with stressless owner’s representation and trustworthy management of life’s projects. The vision for bespoke originated over 20 years ago in a design studio at the University of Kentucky School of Architecture where, alongside design, I developed a love for managing the big picture and making a project come together.
